| After arriving at Waterford the "West Local" set over their van TH&B 81 and are backing down to pick up 4 loaded gons of scrap steel that had been set off by Conrail WQST2. Note the engineer leaning out the window of TH&B 73 to keep an eye on the crew as they back down with the 4 cars they had on their train when they arrived at Waterford. |
