CP 4107 passes Summit Lake, just west of Stephen, near the Continental Divide. I had no idea the RCP was in the area, and I didn't have a scanner with me. My wife and I were driving west out of Field, BC over towards Golden, and as we passed Ottertail Creek, the tail end was passing over the bridge. "Sorry, dear." This location requires a 2+ kilometre walk because the road was closed a number of years ago. Plus, the area was recently posted about bear activity. I chose not to mention that until we were back in the car. Companion to photo 93238 taken 20 years earlier.
