Remarks & Notes

Schenectady built ALCO 3815, with sister 3823 pushing at the rear, slog up the 1 in 25 (4%) grade into Mach with a train for Quetta. At Mach they will reverse into the station for a few minutes` rest before once again attacking the 4% Bolan Pass. The local kids are happy to be included in the scene.
