| Montreal (St. Luc) to Washington, DC train 556 rolls out of the short Belden Tunnel just north of Binghamton NY. Known as West Portal under Guilford and D&H, this location became South Portal and then CPF-599 under CP. The metal structure houses a winter storm door. |
