SOU No. 19 is in detour movement on SCL tracks at Crabtree, NC, just north of Raleigh Yard, NC. SOU No. 19 is one of 213 SOU trains to detour over the SCL Raleigh Division after the washout of SOU's Tye River bridge (Nelson County Virginia) following Hurricane Camille in Aug. 1969. This afternoon we find SOU No. 19 in the clear on the secondary east track at Crabtree as SCL No. 227 passes the extra on the west track.
