With an ex-C&O unit in the lead this northbound train is heeling into the super elevation (or maybe subsidence) on this little shortline which is the remains of extensive L&N feeder lines in the area. This is now the Three Notch Railroad and any reference to the maximum throttle setting is purely coincidental.
