| Symmetry in Steel - On a spectacular President's Day afternoon, the rear helpers on Union Pacific's Skyline, UT to Barstow, CA coal load can be seen after emerging from 3009 ft. Thistle Tunnel through Billy's Mountain in Spanish Fork Canyon. These tunnels were bored by the Denver and Rio Grande Western following the devastating landslide and subsequent flooding in 1983 that necessitated a major line change.
