| Nice to see this caboose refurbished and in useful service. This caboose is actually an ex-SP C-50-9 caboose, built in April 1980 as Southern Pacific 4750. According to Utahrails.net, one of the "Best. Websites. Ever." ... the car is assigned to "snow bus" service west of Denver to transport crews during snow storms. |
