| 37425 (a 44 year old veteran of the rails) waits for a passenger train to pass at Perth while working 6D66 - the 18:39 Inverness to Mossend train, which conveys empty fuel tanks. The loco is the only one of its type currently in traffic with DB Schenker and was reinstated last month after being laid up for almost 4 years. It has returned as it is fitted with the miniature snowploughs required for a cold Scottish winter. It is painted in retro 80s British Rail 'large logo' blue colours. |
