| CSXT power on northbound NS train 12R crosses the James River leaving Lynchburg City and entering Amherst County. Power came south on train 11R the day before. Unit numbers are 4731, 8524 and 316. Snow from the big winter weather event of Dec. 18-19, 2009, lingers. |
