B48 is the Wells day job, and they have a loaded ethanol train at Welcome built and ready to go for the night job, B30. Steam off the plant flows north with the crisp breeze out of the south on this cold even. Welcome is located in Western Minnesota on the Jackson Sub at MP 131, or 47 miles west of Wells, MN.
