| Soo 6600 at Gilchrist after 4408 had been pulled off of her. In a few day it will be off on the long slow trip to Shoreham to be evaluated and soon enough will be determined to be beyond repair. Then it will be off to EMD as trade material for a brand new SD40-2. For a picture of 6600 a couple years earlier at this same location looking much more as EMD intended see photo #307936. |
