| Soo 6406 and fuel tender 4002 hustle #211 west along the Mississippi just south of Winona. Soo constructed a couple of these fuel tenders from Ex Milw. GP20 rebuilds that had been wreaked. They were supposed to be paired with GP38-2's so I really have no idea if this one is in use with this SD40A or is just along for the ride heading to a spot where fuel was cheaper. |
