| On the weekend of 9th/10th January, the overhead power was shut off between Pretoria and Irene, with all trains being worked by diesels over this section. Metrorail train 0608 from Pretoria to Johannesburg is approaching Irene behind a class 34-800 paired with a 34-600. The reflection is courtesy of good summer rains flooding the railway service road. |
