| With the NS being power short and the WL&E owing the NS horsepower hours, train 419 managed to make it out of Bellevue, OH all the way to Chicago and on to Galesburg with two WL&E motors in charge. Here it is seen waiting in Chicago waiting for a BNSF crew to take it west to Galesburg. A BNSF motor was put on the point at Eola for the trip to Galesburg. The two WLE motors + a NS Gevo headed back east on the Chilly Sub on HGALCWY Sunday afternoon. |
