Snow has settled on patches of ice in the water along the tracks at Curtis Corner, and continues to fall, as RUPO nears the west end of the Rumford Branch. Despite nearly all of this train's cars being bound for points west, the train has been instructed to take the east leg of the wye at Leeds Jct. and go to Waterville. Once headed east on the main line, the train was referred to as RUWA.
