| While waiting on a westbound to depart Short Line Yard, the head brakeman of an eastbound R.I. freight with all U.P. power kindly posed for me in front of his borrowed 1957-vintage GP9 #338. The other power this day in 1975 was a GP9B and an SD24B. This train was holding out at the E.18th street crossing, just west of Short Line Tower. Taken on Kodachrome 64 with 55mm Minolta lens. |
