| A few cattle grazing alongside the track are unperturbed by the passing of the Phelophepa health care train, as it approaches Ancona Junction in soft morning light. The Phelophepa (loosely translated = good, clean health) is a 16-car mobile health care clinic and spends 9 months of the year touring the country, providing basic health care to impoverished communities. |
