Fresh from the paint shop, Santa Fe FP45 101 (along with 102) models its newly applied "Superfleet" paint job just outside the iconic San Bernardino station on July 4th, 1989. This resurrection of the fabled Warbonnet scheme inspired the Santa Fe to adapt it for use on new power in the 1990s, beginning with the GP60Ms and Dash 8-40BWs through to Dash 9-44CWs and SD75M locomotives.
