| The VERY LAST C&O-styled, US&S signal on the entire CSX James River line is taken down. Signal cutover between east Buchanan and SD Cabin, the last remaining segment between Richmond and Clifton Forge, began today. This signal on No. 1 track at the Balcony Falls station was the last to drop. |
