Remarks & Notes

Amtrak train #14, the "Coast Starlight," arrives in San Luis Obispo, on California's scenic Central Coast roughly halfway between Los Angeles and the Bay Area. Three General Electric engines, in three paint schemes, are on the point - Dash 8-32BWH 505 and a pair of P42DCs. The northbound "Starlight" will meet train #11, its southbound counterpart, here.
