| A pair of former Missouri Pacific EMD's meet in the old D&RGW Fourth South yard in downtown Salt Lake City. The UPY 585 (a GP15-1) was built the MP 1585 in December 1976 while the UP 804 (a GP38-2) was built the MP 2304 in February 1981. This eastward perspective (from the shoulder of I-15) captures the heart of the industrial district of Salty City with the University of Utah Medical Center looming in shadow above the city along the east bench. |
