| Ex-LMS 8F no 8624 is visiting the East Lancs Railway for teo weeks. Here we see it under test in Baron St. yard. Industrial no. 32 Gothenburg passes the 8F on its way to Bury Bolton St. Station to works trains on the line. 8624 should be in service tomorrow. The livery, although an authentic LMS one, is not correct for 8624. This being a freight engine, it would have been painted in unlined black. However, most people agree that the passenger livery looks good on the loco. |
