1. Well, the trip starts here, at least railroad wise. My little railfan adventure started after a 1/2 day of work Friday, February 26th, 2010. I departed Eau Claire, WI with my Trailblazer fully loaded and headed west. I hit I-94 and drove out of Wisconsin, through Minnesota, and into North Dakota. Snag my first train 340 miles from home outside Casselton, ND. What a good sign to see, green signal to head west!
