Taken on a typical dreary Oregon day from the overlook at Ruthton Park. There is lots of poison oak up there. The wait in the rain was worth it for this shot. Awaking early, I was hoping for blue skies and sunshine for my morning train shooting adventure in the Columbia River Gorge. But alas, sunshine was not to be. Nevertheless, the clouds and the occaisonal ray of sunshine between downpours did provide for some dramatic photo opportunities. Did I mention there is poison oak up there? Lots of it...everywhere!
