| Amazing how much can change in a year’s time. Last July Fonda Yard and the Control Siding seen in the background was chock full of Autoracks and Coil Steel Cars. Some parked since the onset of the economic downturn in 08’. Today the yard is empty. Trains have grown in size on CSX’s Albany Division and less if not all CSX T/E employees are back to work. |
