    Remarks & Notes
In 2009, Blackpool Tramway sold off a number of its old trams. Most went to museums. These two are amongst them. 623 is a 1937 single deck car built by Brush and 702 is a Double Deck "Balloon" car built in 1934. They belong to the Heaton Park Tramway, based in a large public park in Manchester running on original track that was laid there by Manchester Corporation over 80 years ago. At the moment, they are on display at the new Museum of Museums in Trafford Park, Manchester. This museum contains samples of collections from various museums. At the moment, the emphasis is on transport and football.- A strange combination.
