Seen from the Veterans Memorial Bridge, RUPO crosses the Fore River. I found a shot on railpictures of a different RUPO train taken by Bill Wilder in 1987 at this same spot, ( photo id: 72282 ). It's interesting to see all the changes that have taken place in 23 years, like the construction of the Spargue building, removal of the street lights, replacement of the wooden fence, and of course the different power.
