| P&L had given their pimply-faced troll of a RFS the rare day off to go to a meeting of RFSA (Railfan Frustration Specialists of America) and forgot two cardinal rules. 1. Never run a train in daylight. 2. If absolutely necessary run only under cloudy skies. Upon return he was securely locked in a 6x6 room in Paducah and never allowed out again. He sits there to this day consulting with the dispatcher. Most railroads employ at least one of these people. |
