| Departing MSP some 18 minutes late Amtrak's Empire Builder appears to be trying to make up time as it cruises past me at East Oakland. I was able to get into position just in time. Approximately 30 seconds after I got my camera ready and exited my truck I saw the headlights. After my shot I got the coveted two chirp horn salute from the engineer-- great way to start my Sunday morning! |
