| Running a few minutes late, the two Train Drivers give a friendly wave as Electric Tilt Train 301/302 City of Maryborough eases along the down mainline through Zillmere on the Caboolture Line. This service is worked by Train Crew from the Bundaberg Depot. An agreement was made many years ago that Train Drivers could work up to eleven hours in pairs. As such they drive Tilt Train #Q914 from Bundaberg to Brisbane and thence Tilt Train #Q301 from Brisbane to Bundaberg, a distance of approximately 700km (or 438mi), in one shift. |
