Moving along at a steady 17 mph, a Black Thunder, WY to Moapa, NV coal load struggles to reach 5993 ft. Boulter Summit about five additional miles upgrade. This 116 car train of Powder River Basin coal is bound for the Nevada Power generating station at Moapa.
