| Portland Rose Special to celebrate the 100th year of the Pendleton Roundup. I watched the sun drop lower and lower and by the time the UP got one train east, one west and one more east at Nolin, I knew my odds were pretty low that the sun would still reach the tracks. Finally, I saw the train as the sun dropped below the hills behind me. I gave it a try anyway. |
