A contemporary version of the old Southern Pacific-Union Pacific-Conrail 'Salad Bowl Express' heads east up Echo Canyon approaching the 6824 ft. summit at Wahsatch, Utah. This train of Central Valley produce originated at Delfar (Delano-McFarland), California (approx. 28 miles north of Bakersfield) and will terminate as a unit train at the CSX rail yard at Selkirk, New York.
