| The 12.40 Luzern to Romanshorn 'Voralpen Express' descends the 1 in 20 gradient between Schindelligi and Samstagern on the Sud-Ost Bahn. The train will soon cross the Lake of Zurich by the causeway seen above the loco in the cente of the photo. This service is a joint operation between the SOB and the SBB with 1 in 3 trains being hauled by an SBB loco. |
