Apparently Rail America subsidiary Toledo, Peoria & Western Railway buys into the ''paint doesn't make a locomotive run any better'' mantra, as a Westbound local works the Union Pacific interchange at Chenoa, Illinois on Saturday November 6, 2010. A former Railink and Indiana & Ohio unit are the power, which will spend the next two hours working its way westward, lifting cars from grain elevators until reaching East Peoria.
