| I made my first trip to New England in 1985 right after the Guilford merger but before too many units were repainted. One thing I didn't expect to find was a Central Vermont unit switching in Portland Maine. However since CV was owned by CN who also owned GT and this was Grand Trunk's line to Island Pond anything goes. |
