Old Man Winter is a slowly knockin' on the door as a mini RJED with 15 cars rattles by the old freight house for the tunnel. Both the 517 & 516 have been 'demoted' from their lofty statis as former OCS power to freight duty but still staying together as a pair-at least on this turn.
