| Light power backs towards Yang Ming, where it will be used to pull the ILXMNX-27 around midnight. This power move from Dolores to LATX had been hanging out at Pier A Yard before negotiating the tangle of junctions in this area to get onto the San Pedro Sub and head west. With lots of new fencing and closing off of once accessible areas, this is one of the few spots where one can get a clean shot on this line. The lead engine is about to hit the one time junction and wye where the West Basin Line (PHL San Pedro Sub) met the San Pedro Line. This is historically "B" Street. The stacks and building are part of the Los Angeles Department of Water & Power. |
