| Would you call them inlaws? Conrail provides a common link between Norfolk Southern and CSX in both a figurative and, here, a literal sense. It seems symbolic that Conrail 3731 is between the Norfolk Southern and CSX engines considering Conrail's division between the other two railroads. This was an interesting lash up to find in eastern Iowa as both NS and CSX are foreign to this area. This northbound ethanol train is passing a marsh in the Green Island Wildlife Refuge. |
