The sun is slowly falling below the horizon as Amtrak PO53 the southbound Auto Train is getting back up to track speed after crossing the Appomattox River bridge and rounding Bootleggers Crossing coming out of Petersburg, Va. headed for warmer tempertures of the Sunshine state.
