A roster-y shot from somewhere in Toronto, back in the day, hopefully the water tower will allow identification. I would expect a yard in the NE suburbs of Toronto, but 30 years does something to one's memory at times. Is this Agincourt/Toronto/Markham yard?
UPDATE: Confirmed Toronto (Agincourt) yard, thanks to many. Craig Wiester notices that the engine fragment peeping out on the left looks to be an RS-17, and indeed CP 8921, the Empress of Agincourt, was present that day; sadly, not captured in full, apparently never fully visible.
