The West Local switches the east end of Lometa yard. Watching and videoing these three units switch cars for an hour was very enjoyable, knowing any day could be the last time we experience the class and character of first-and-second generation EMD units on a Class I. The Lampasas Sub. is still shows a lot of AT&SF heritage, with the classic switchstand being just one example.
