| A New Vantage Point! Since the recent opening of the brand new Greene Street Extention. The overpass was built to prevent Emergency Vehicles coming to and from the Downtown Hospital District from getting held up by trains passing through downtown on CSX's McCormick Subdivison. This was an added bonus for me being that it provided for a new vantage point allowing for a great view of trains passing through the historic King's Mill. Note the old spur that once lead into the Mill to the left of the lead unit Here CSX Q693 is seen 'snaking' its way through the mill on its way to its next crew change point inside CSX's Augusta Yard. |
