| Spring's Already In Full Swing on 6th Street! Although it's still Winter, this section of 6th Street tells a different story! The Dogwoods along with a few other trees are in full bloom & color as NS 191 passes through this beautiful 'tunnel' of flora with a bit of color on the point of its train as well! GMTX 9027 happens to be the first Ex. Oakway unit I've been able to finally catch Street Running here in Augusta. Too bad the scene didn't smell as beautiful as it looks! This 'higher' angle was made possible thanks to the sacrifice I had to make of scratching the crap out of my trunk while standing on top of my car with my boots on, but hey, it was worth it! Note the Richmond County Sheriff Officer cruiser lurking in the shadows! |
