| After more then 12 years work the Montreal built ex French Railways SNCF "Mikado" 141 R 1244 is ready for her "third live". Today the immaculate heavy oil fired 2-8-2 made a succesful test run "round the L?gern".
Two cars and the electric braking Ae 6/6 11407 "Aargau" provides for a right load.
After retiring by the SNCF in 1973 the locomotive was operational a second time in Switzerland for "Mikado 141 R 1244" from 1977 till 1998. |
