Still as shiny as the day they rolled in, these GP40's haven't quite got the workout they deserve at the Millard Prep Plant. Originally brought in to load "fines" that were to be processed here, doesn't appear to have panned out. In fact, it looks like its already changed hands again, so hopefully they'll be put to good use in the near future....
