A quick thaw and three straight days of heavy rain caused the worst flooding Alpena has seen since 1998. Although the floods have since subsided, much of the land is still saturated with water. Here, the local Alpena job is pulling stone cars out of the storage tracks, reflected in the remaining flood waters.
