Ever since NS bought up some ACE's, I've been wanting to capture them in my roaming grounds, coming down the street in West Brownsville. After a very exciting heads up, and an anxious wait for some south bound traffic, N23 heads north with some black gold down the tight confines on the street running in West Brownsville.
