| Statesman Rail are a company specialising in high quality railtours.On May 14th 2011 they organised and ran "The Settle & Carlisle Statesman" excursion from Swindon to Carlisle via the scenic Settle and Carlisle line.The train was formed of Pullman coaching stock,and is seen here approaching its scheduled stop at Cheltenham Spa.The leading loco is 57601,with class 47 no. 47580 "County Of Essex" on the rear. |
